Area Information
We choose to live, work and play in this unique area in Florida that encompasses parts of Brevard and Indian River Counties along the Space Coast and Treasure Coast. We’re just a short drive away from Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Palm Beach, Tampa and Miami. Even though we are so close to such large metropolitan areas, we live in an area that is virtually unspoiled.
In these shore-lined communities we enjoy water-sports, fishing, shopping, ocean sunrises, great restaurants, golf and friendly neighbors. There’s a reason why our Realtors have lived here for so long. We truly love where we live – it’s old Florida at its finest.
Below are some resources to help you before you relocate to this area that we hope you’ll soon call home.
